I think competency has been the issue in the past IMO. That explains how you have a roster with multiple NBA players and still aren't good.

I hope he can make them at least competent. The way things stand right now they are an anchor on the entire league. You can beat them at their place and your metrics still drop.

Need then to be at least a 6 win threat in the conference. I’m sure Gtown will be better. Hopefully we’re not keeping anyone company or racing to stay out of the basement which is still my concern.
