Why does everything need to be cookie cutter? We reached 10 days what’s so magical about that number. I’d bet in most cases we probably do have enough info in 10 days but in this case we had nothing. Why not preserve as long as possible to give investigators as much time as possible. Right now we’re on day 50 of knowing very little about an assassination attempt.

Add to it that nobody who spoke to Congress knew their ass from their elbow. Amazing the secret service director said the slope of the roof was too dangerous to stand on but now we can have FBI agents cleaning it. To think how much more dangerous it could have been with cleaning products and I believe hosing it down.

again, the candidate you are voting for was the original unqualified candidate. for a much bigger office. this guy has held different govt offices. and im assuming 90% of here voted for a completely unqualified trump the first time too. guess its a big deal when it's a position that matters less than almost any.

An FBI special agent speaking about the investigation said, "We've seen no definitive ideology associated with our subject, either left-leaning or right-leaning. It's really been a mixture and something that we're still attempting to analyze and draw conclusions on."

In the month before the attack, he conducted more than 60 searches related to Trump and Biden, including their campaign events. It sure seems like the shooter was going to try to kill whichever candidate spoke in western Pennsylvania first, and that happened to be Trump.

I was hopeful he would use the experience of almost being killed abandon his divisive rhetoric and unite people. Seemed to be heading that way but was abandoned quickly.

He could have owned the “let’s tone down the divisiveness” message. It’s just not in him though. Divisive as ever and it will only get worse.

Harris campaign is also incompetent though, and you’re right that there should be no dangerous rhetoric from her.

I know you love all things UCONN, but going to a BCS Bowl is masked by winning the Big East with an 8-4 record. Getting into a BCS Bowl was a fluke based on a very bad conference.

It’s difficult to turn down a premium brand like UConn but I wish the league would just accept what they are and know what they’re not.

My advice is ignore the chatter, because it really doesn't matter. It will either happen or it won't.

(And even if Connecticut does, at some point, get an invite and gives notice to the conference, we won't leave for 27 1/2 months anyway. Nothing is going to change in the immediate future, so why worry about it?)

Yormark has a diverse background selling both media rights and sponsorship deals. He's made big deals with NASCAR, NBA and NFL and is banking on the fact that basketball rights will be very lucrative in 2031 when the current NCAA March Madness deal expires. Coincidentally that's also when the Big12 and Big East rights will also be open.

Yormark believes that March Madness will get a massive deal and whoever loses March Madness will need and pay for basketball programming. He's looking to make a huge football only deal and the first P4 Basketball only deal.

By the way, the latest BE deal was negotiated more by Fox than the BE. They made an initial agreement to allow Fox to seek a deal with other partners. Fox negotiated with CBS but eventually got a better deal with Peacock and TNT who are both thirsty for sports programming.
