They're saying he was saying "his supporter's...his, his demonization..." referring to the comedian Tony Hinchcliffe. Which I guess is plausible, because for one thing, there's no way Biden is going to remember that name. And also, if he was talking about the plural "supporters," he would have said "their demonization of Latinos" etc. etc. My initial read when he said "his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable," I thought he was talking about Trump instead.

It's hard to tell because the man can barely string a sentence together.

He made a mistake and a bigger mistake trying to cover it up. We live in a world where people focus on 30 second clips. It’s pretty darn clear what he said and anyone who listens to the clip will know he called trump supporters garbage. Otherwise he would have just said the comedian is a garbage comedian.
