10 point favorites against SJU

The Red Storm gave Xavier all they could handle recently. If we stay focused that won't happen to us. Gotta stay focused.

Can't take anyone lightly, but hard to imagine how poorly we'd have to play to lose. This would be cataclysmic.

It sounds crazy, but these dpu/sju games are almost as important as the other 3. Our resume isn't great, but one things we can hang our hat on is nothing close to a bad loss - similar to where we were in 2012 around this juncture, but this team is obviously much more talented than that one. Let's get through it today, and get our home court rockin for 2 huge games.

The only way we lose here is if SJU has one of those off crazy shooting games and
Seton Hall lets them hang around. We want SHU to keep building on a lead.

This may be the type of game that will let Carrington excel. He is struggling against
very disciplined defensive teams that are taking away his driving lanes.

When we've had these nightmare games against SJU on the road they have beat us on the boards
and have had great shooting games that inspired the crowd. The Mason Jr. game being at the top of the list.
I think he hit like his last 8 shots in the 2nd half something like that. Hazell hit a 3 quarter court shot to tie
the game, but Bobby G called time out.

MSG is a bit easier for us that Alumni. They may play with more confidence coming off a win. So really
the Pirates have to bring a tough attitude and take care of business.

This is a MUST win.

A win today would also bump us to 9-5 in conference, the first time we would finish at least .500 in the 6-season KW Era.
