I didn’t need to guess. We need to start recognizing who our most dangerous enemy is.

China is not an enemy. The US still represents almost a quarter of the world's GDP and China stands at 16%. Very big gap. We must be wary of China and not trust China but they are not an enemy. Unlike Russia who is actively interfering in our elections by spreading misinformation a according to FBI Director Wray.
So is it no big deal that China is the country that was the source of COVID-19? You know, the virus that has killed 200,000 Americans and a million across the world. The virus that has cratered our economy and is going to add trillions to our debt and put a huge burden on future generations. The virus that has added to the unrest because we have been thrown from our routines, had lives (jobs, family impact) disrupted or lost and now impacting our educational system. I think I'm a little more than "wary" of them. And you don't think China is spreading misinformation?
China is enemy #1, #2, and #3. our manufacturing and economy is so dependent on China its sick. They took advantage of our capitalistic greed by offering borderline slaves to produce goods on the cheap. americans cant keep their greedy piggy snouts from taking advantage of this. were no blameless victim.
china has been low key trying to set up pipelines for dominance for years. and we sort of let them. i bet a third of the real estate in every city is owned by chinese.
what really makes them an enemy is the fact they WANT to be an enemy. China is so focused on being powerful theyll do anything to get that way. lie cheat steal... or set off a virus that puts the entire world in an economic recession, kill millions of people, and actively deny people from dealing with it while their economy sees a raise.
im full stop buying american from now on. avoid china at all costs.
Well, it would be a big deal if they purposely let the virus out. However, there is no evidence of that. In terms of the source of the virus, that country needs to be blamed as an enemy? Taking that logic, the source of the Spanish Flu was the United States which caused 500 million deaths. So the US was the enemy of the world? That's ridiculous. Viruses happen. There have been all sorts of viruses throughout time. China happens to be a source of a lot of viruses because of the amount of concentrated population with lots of animals and not the best hygiene. This goes back to the Black Plague.
With regard to China spreading misinformation, FBI Director did not point out China. So, I am not going on what Trump says or what you think or what SHU09 thinks. I'll take FBI Director's information who is way more objective, intelligent and more attuned to what is happening. Now, like I said, I don't trust China and we need to be careful about China. I just don't consider them an enemy of the country. At least not yet.

So you’re saying china has been completely transparent once they became aware of the virus? They’ve done everything that they can to protect the rest of the world?
It’s one thing to be the source of the virus and another to have suppress information that would have prevented the spread and death that’s occurred. Yes they are the enemy.
No, I am not saying that they were transparent about the disease. As a matter of fact they censored the first Chinese Doctor who discovered that there was an infectious disease who later dies of the Corona Virus. That is a man that should be revered in the fight agains CoVid. Don't confuse my hesitancy of labeling China as an enemy as someone who thinks China is a friend or ally. They are not. I view China as a problem. However, we also have to recognize that the American economy, like it or not, is so intertwined with China. This entanglement does not allow China to be our enemy. Economically both countries have nuclear weapons that can destroy the other. It is this mutual ability to destroy each other economically that ties our two countries together, This is not a position we want to be in, but we are.
The more we can make in America especially drugs the better we will be vs China our number 1 enemy.
