I know BF is taking a lot of heat for Practice Facilities, NIL, and of course lack of grey jerseys available to purchase BUT is he the fall guy? The facility and NIL is above him and in the hands of Lyons, the Pres and the BoR! I think we should be hearing from them on these issues.

Who should it be then? He's the freaking top dog, I personally found his hire very underwhelming but here we are.

I like Felt, a lot, but unfortunately someone has to pay for the NIL short comings. It's the nature of the business, either evolve and get creative or get eaten alive.

We need to open this position to someone of power that can offer NIL opportunities. This all boils down to $$$, the management of the programs are the easy part. The coaches do that!

I understand your thoughts but Facilities and NIL are above BF. I put these on the above him. We have a lot of brain trust and money with our BofR etc. they need to step up and make something happen quickly.

We all know that Lyons is still in charge of athletics and that he's been running the place like a MAAC school since he came from Iona. The Athletic Dept should try and compete with the Power 5 Schools, but not one hire of an administrator or coach has any experience working at a P5 school to see what they do differently. Seton Hall is always thinking small and making the most with what little they have. It's just the mindset here. If you want to change the mindset, it starts at the top.
