Amazon Prime The College Tour

When you work in a college or university communications office, you get bombarded by calls and emails from production companies offering pay-to-play "opportunities" to showcase your president as some sort of thought leader in an interview-style format done by some C-lister cashing a paycheck. The vast majority of them are total wastes of time and money, meant to appeal to the egos of campus leaders but with no visible platform, other than appearing on some low-rated station at 4 hundred o'clock in the morning.

This, on the other hand, is terrific (even though it essentially functions the same way). What a great way to showcase the campus with first-person testimonials from students, an engaging host with an actual social media following), and a platform people look at (it's on Prime, correct?). And I see that at least one university official received a production credit, which means Seton Hall had heavy input on the script (which figures; why would the production company want to do this from scratch?).
