I believe with the new police protocols he should be transported to the station house in a limousine and served tea and petit fours while a social worker and psychologist try to determine which white person (possibly Trump) in his life is responsible for his naughty behavior.
He should be enrolled in at least 3 federally funded programs to assist with his financial situation and emotional counseling due to the PTSD he may have from having seen blood.
Bono should hold a fund raiser for him. Maybe we could also get him on The View.
