Govan is one of the best bigs in the league and a prolific scorer. He put up 9 quick points in the first half. All of a sudden Angel woke up and proceeded to shut Govan down. Govan scored only 2 more for the balance of the game, and if you were watching, he physically abused Govan. Delgado has the skill if he has the will to be a good defender.
