Oh boy. Happy for Grant, but if there was ever a need for a quality big man coach it would be this upcoming year. If he leaves we have to get someone who can help develop Ike, Tyrese, Yetna, Ngandu, Jackson. That being said it may help us to get some new blood into the program, perhaps an offensive guru.

Even the smallest of dominos (central Connecticut state- are they d1?) can potentially have a ripple effect on us.

No idea about that job but happy for Grant that he’s getting the consideration. Must be such a thrill to be in that position because many qualified assistants never get a real look.

How is Illinois on this list, let alone number 3? They're losing their two best players, both among the best players in the entire conference. Giorgi Bezhanishvili is also turning pro, a freshman PG who put up 8 ppg announced he was transferring yesterday, and it appears that their top recruiting assistant coach is heading back to Kentucky.
Were they accidentally included from the worst off-season list?

Interesting Website breaking down our team and players last year.

Also shows top transfers and available transfers via their metrics.
