Here's how I see it today based on how the teams are playing at this moment.

1. Nova
2. Providence
3. Butler
4. Xavier
5. Georgetown
6. St John's
7. Creighton
8. Marquette
9. DePaul
10. SHU

Looks spot on. Overall thoughts on the season, very disappointed again in Georgetown. I am just not crazy about their style and they may be a prime candidate to get picked off by a very uptempo Eastern Washington team.

What I was right about - Providence. I had them as a top 3 team about a month and a half ago. 2 studs in Henton and Dunn and some maturation by Bentil who has played great lately. They should be very good again next season if Dunn stays, which he should for 1 more year.

What I was wrong about - Seton Hall, of course! At 5-4, I still thought we were going to finish 6th, maybe 7th.

Creighton university has a unique way to play well in basketball, they hire a great coach. Between the lose of all their senior and key injuries this year, they still played hard, passed the ball and won a decent number of games (and lost more by a few points). If Willard was coaching that group it would have been ugly. They were playing walkons against us the first game and they almost beat us.

That is absolutely correct. Lost so many close games where they just couldn't finish. Austin Chatman is a nice player, but not much but a bunch of blue collar lunch pail guys past that. A very well coached team that I hope gets better, because it was nice to see them pack the Garden last year.

I have it like this:

1. Villanova
2. Providence
3. Butler
4. Xavier
5. Georgetown
6. St. John's
7. Creighton
8. Marquette
9. Seton Hall
10. DePaul

So exactly the same as Dan, just switching the final two. Unfortunately, both very irrelevant teams.

I see it like Dan the difference being DePaul is doing something about their problem and we're doing nothing.

With Kevin Willard, our fragile lame duck, we always will be last in the conference. A .300 record in conference would only be good as a baseball batting average. He is completely lost. And continue to be next year when he mails it in before finally getting fired at the end of the year, prolonging the inevitable.

It was close. But DePaul beat us twice and finished with the same record so with both teams playing poorly down the stretch I gave them the slight nod.

Certainly fair. A sad, sad way to end a depressing season.
