Talk about unintended consequences. Walgreens getting hit with 4X shoplifting in San Fran than rest of their stores. So what happens? They pull out of market and the remaining residents suffer. Healthcare suffers because you can't get the prescription or item you need OR you have to pay a premium. San Francisco, another city in a death spiral.

And Philly is following suit...200 homicides already this year.

Hey this is Pelosi’s town you could be against women if you criticize it.Just because dems have controlled major cities for the last 40 years you can’t blame them for crime, homeless etc, .Come on man that is like blaming Hunter Biden for not being interested in “yellow women”.In addition to not talking to him about his business his father didn’t counsel him to avoid racists terms.

Philly homicides in 2020 were a 30 year high and up 40% from 2019. This year up 36% from 2020. That’s insane.

Staying at the Wilbur Lititz Hilton this weekend for a family wedding. Very pretty town and great cost of living too.

Don’t really have much to add.
Stealing is wrong. Laws designed to let people steal things without consequences are ridiculous.

Lititz sounds cool though.

Miscommunication” lol... Come on...

Membership committee vote you in yet?

I am waiting on a letter of recommendation from my parole officer.

All seriousness aside, we started as of June 1. We really like the course and moreover the people. There is a surprising amount of wealth here but people are extremely friendly, welcoming, and unpretentious.

Lititz sounds cool though.

We just relocated from Allentown, Pa to Lititz, Pa.

The town center is quaint but not unlike some great towns in Jersey. Rock Lititz (https://rocklititz.com/home) has the worlds largest sound studio and hence many of the major acts are here testing their stage setups before they go on the road. It has brought an influx of New York and New Jersey and and stag technicians.

Lancaster County and Lancaster City is an up and coming area for millennials. It has a vibrant food scene. Lotsa craft beer places. Great medical facilities with Penn Medicine and Pitt competing against each other.

It is no longer dominated by the Amish farming scene, albeit the farms are here and we regularly see mule teams in fields and horse and buggies on the road, especially on Sunday. The local Target has a horse stable in the parking lot.

My wife says our stress level has gone down since moving. I tend to agree.

The only down side is Sixer's and Eagles fans. LOL

Good breakfast down the street at the Tomato Pie.

The gift shop next to the Bull Head Public House in owned by a Seton Hall grad. Nice lady.

Beautiful area….something to be said about just getting in your car and exploring an area on a weekend….maybe an overnight. Some great little secrets in NJ, PA and NY state.

Enjoy the move and everything it has to offer. I don’t like to stereotype, but we have found the friendliness, quality of life and community connection to be noticeably better in PA where we moved two years ago. Always proud of my Jersey roots, but it’s in the rear view window.

Your new club looks great. Good luck with the new chapter!
