BE stats
Big East.org has conference only and all game stats. The Conference only games are what's important and what's used to for BE awards. I haven't checked these in a while, but the following jumped out to me.
Team stats:
Pirates third is FTs at .769. Is this the highest ever for a Willard team?
Pirates last in assists at 10.2 per game and Assist/TO. We have 173 assists and 219 TO.
Pirates 4th/5th in 3Pt % at a very respectable .355. Marquette leads at .377. Nova at .356 and Uconn at .355
Pirates 2nd in O Rebound % at .334
Individual Stats
Rhoden at 5th in scoring at 15.4 Only other Pirate is Richmond at 10.2 in top 30
Yetna 3rd in Rebounding at 8.5
Richmond 3rd in assists at 4.6. Kolec and Posh in 1 & 2. That's Freshman, So, So. Impressive young group
Posh is 3rd in FG%???!!! Crazy stat for an energizer PG. Also leads in steals and is 7th in O Rebounds at 2.4. I don't know why he's not ranked in Blocks, as he's ranked for everything else!
Rhoden 5th in FT% at .79. Gillespie .952 59/62. That's money. No wonder Nova leads te nation and could break Harvard's all time record for a season. .827 all games .851 in BE only, amazing.
