Yawning because, there has been zero evidence showing Biden did anything wrong, it is just conjecture and grandstanding on the part of certain Republicans in Congress.

If actual evidence of a crime is shown, Biden should be charged and tried by a jury of his peers and if convicted, he should be sentenced to prison

lol...... well... he has plausible deniability. so there's that. no checks made out to Joe AKA the Big Guy personally. Selling influence is a tough one to prove, no doubt.... but OMG the trail is all leading to that.

Ever hear of money laundering? I think bank records are a bit more than conjecture and grandstanding. Grandstanding is when a member of Congress claims time and time again that he has PROOF of Trump impeachable offenses..... and then failing miserably in presenting ANYTHING to back up his hypocritical claims.

If you are saying .... nothing here. Nothing to investigate..... then I submit that YOU are part of the problem that has divided this country. I repeat.... your YAWN is a big lol.

I believe that Presidents are immune from criminal prosecution while in office. He'd have to be impeached and convicted prior to any criminal prosecution. One can argue that acts committed prior to the start of his term are not grounds for impeachment. So absent evidence of prohibited acts during his presidency, the only thing that can be done is investigating the purported multi-million dollar influence peddling scheme.

(For what it's worth, federal officials are not allowed to take bribes, particularly from foreign governments. As I understand the facts, there is evidence of eight figures in payments to the Biden family through a series of LLCs. A person involved in at least one of these ventures has given a statement to the FBI that the president received a share of the profits. Making false statements to the FBI is a federal crime. The co-venturer has not been charged with that. The Hunter Biden laptop contained multiple statements that indicated that Joe Biden was receiving a share of the profits of his ventures in China. In short, there is plenty of "actual evidence" that has already been made public. It's possible that there is an explanation for it, but that's different than saying "there is no evidence.")

Will be interesting to see this play out. We do know:

- there is a whistle blower
- money has been wired to Biden family members and flagged under SARS reporting (read it was at $8 million somewhere) much of it from China and Romania
- FBI will not turn over the form so as not to compromise methods

As I noted above, there is actually considerable evidence including bank statements, eyewitness accounts, Joe Biden's own statements, Hunter Biden's written statements, discovery from his divorce, emails between his attorney and his ex-wife's attorney, etc.

Does that mean the president is guilty as a certainty? No, but to continue saying that there is no evidence is disingenuous on your part, unless you are particularly uninformed on this issue.

Ok selling access is ok with you SO Orange 84 and if you don’t believe Biden sold access why would his granddaughter get money from China.Perhaps you could let us in on the work she did for this Chinese company.Or is it classified?

I am not at all ok with selling access to foreign powers and if there is actual evidence, that Joe Biden did X,Y or Z for China, Romania or whomever he should spend the rest of his life in prison.

What possible plausible explanation is there for Biden's family; brothers, son, grandchildren, etc getting money from China, Romania, Russia, Ukraine and other countries for doing what? and why the murky LLC's and transfers of $? This is dirty as dirty gets and I'm convinced that Joe is as dirty as the rest. He's already lied multiple times about his knowledge of Hunter's business dealings.

BTW, I don't think Biden will ever be found guilty of being involved.... not with the Justice Department and FBI, big tech and the media covering for him. I hope at least that some of his family does time. Fat chance. Talk about Privilege.

A blanket statement to decry selling access to foreign powers doesn't cut it. To have any credibility at all, one has to acknowledge the facts. Biden's family collected millions for providing what services or goods???

I thought the presumption of innocence was a bedrock of the American Judicial system, but I guess that only applies in certain instances.

Let me ask, why was Ivanka Trump granted multiple patents in China in record time, why did Jared Kushner receive 1.1 billion from Qatar for a 99 year lease on 666 5th Ave, which was paid in full and was way above market rates for similar buildings in NYC.

Is it because both were such good sound business decisions, or maybe, just maybe….

All of the things I listed are proof. Does anyone have a video of Joe Biden taking a bag of cash and saying I will grant you these specific political favors or take these specific positions? Not so far, but, short of a sting operation, that seldom happens in bribery/influence peddling cases. Instead, you develop the type of evidence that we're seeing now. Witness testimony, statements of the people involved, and especially financial transactions. There's a reason why "follow the money" is a thing. So, yes, there is considerable evidence of bribery and influence peddling. That doesn't necessarily mean that it happened, but there is an awful lot of smoke for there to be no fire.

The Trumps have been accused of a lot of financial hanky panky over the years...... but at least they have been engaged in commerce and actual businesses. And the Bidens??????

Ok let’s start the prediction pool on Hunter indictment. I will predict they drop tax fraud charge and indict on gun charge To which he pleads and gets fine, probation and community service even though others got 3 years in jail.Let the prediction pool games begin.
