For the game to be a barn burner. Doesn't matter that much which team wins . If it's Nova they have a great shot at a #1 seed. If it's Xavier they could be a 1 or 2 seed.

Now for a stretch. In a perfect world SHU and Xavier both have 5 losses in the league this time next week.

I would say we want Xavier to win and spend as much energy and emotion as possible. That's what I'm hoping for. The letdown.

The chances of ultimately finishing second are just about nil. We'd have to win the rest of our games, X would have to lose the rest (they play Creighton at home in the last game of the season). Just not happening.

I have to go with Nova on this by at least a handful. They are so disciplined. Watching them dismantle Temple (top of the AAC right now) gave me confidence they can go deep with the right bracket.
