So far the team is battling hard. Like last season they are struggling to shoot from the perimeter

little better, down 22-18 under 6 minutes. UConn does not look great tonight up to this point in the game.
How laughable is our fanbase.. 90% are 55+ and wont make peep. Our talent is equivalent, if not better than PC, but they have a fanbase that creates major havoc. I realize its been this way forever, but tonight is completely absurd. Cue excuses

Impressive half in every way. Certainly not playing scared, aggressive to the basket, especially with Clingan out.
OK great comeback in that half up 34-29 at the half. Very assertive going to the rim. It feels like
the second half will come down to who plays better between Richmond and Clingan. I'd say the strategy should be to draw fouls on the UConn big men. If The defense tightens in the paint against SHU then Dawes and Wusu must make them pay.

Not sure how the second half will go but this is a humongous half for this current season.
Offensive sets getting better and better. Sha doing a great job recognizing positive match ups for the Pirates. Keep running Spencer and Karaban off the line.
Energy is incredible. Timeouts may be critical just to give the starters rest since Sha going to ride those five as long as he can (and should).
Free Throws will be absolutely critical, we are going to continue to attack the rim.

50-42 under 12 minutes. They are playing with a sense of urgency. The crowd will become more and more of a factor.
