After our NJIT exhibition game I was talking to Grant on the court and a couple of his players walked by. I told them they have a very special coach and both said something to the effect that you ain't telling us something we don't know.
That's both love and respect.
His team sorely lacks talent, but give him time to build and you'll see the results.
