Big Ten/Big East relationship

I would interpret this to mean the BigTen is moving to a 22 game conference schedule in the near future.

This goes in line with their sending signals that the time is near for the "Big Four" to split from the NCAA.

They want to be a vampire to our damsel in distress.

I'm sure that's a factor.

The two sides also have to figure out how to make 18 go into 11 after the Big 10's expansion. Add the fact that four of those schools are on the west coast and the logistics are much more difficult than the were when the two leagues originally came together.

Even though the BE and Big 12 extended their series for this year and next, they will face the same problem moving forward since the latter is now 16 teams.

The Big 10 has three series wins and three ties in seven years. So that's probably not it.

They won 6-2 last year and lead overall 30-26.
I was just poking fun at all the speculation that the Big 10 wouldn't re-up after the Big East won 6-2 a couple years ago.

Might've been a little better numbers for the big east if they let us play in the darn thing.
