Wisconsin had a 4 pt lead and took Kaminski out of the game to give him a rest, just for a. short time, but when he came back in the game Kentucky had a 2 pt lead. If he played vs RU, Wisconsin wins going away.

Wisconsin saved the NCAA the trouble of voiding the national title had KY won it all. It's a Calamari tradition having his teams Final 4 appearances vacated somewhere down the line.. It's not as bad when you don't win it all.
