Why don't we give up the weave do the same thing? Lack of outside shooters? Serious question.

Creighton has a bunch of players seemingly without egos. There's a system. Even last year their 4-14 record belied how tough of an opponent they were. They had 4 losses by one point and 3 more by 2-4 points.

You hope all this "discipline" pays off. To sit guys for that amount of time in a game that was still in competition when he started pulling players is a huge deal. It's a big deal for the players, the fans, everyone around the program. It's one thing to bench a guy for a couple of minutes until he regains his focus (Whitehead versus WSU) or when a guy is blatantly insubordinate (Desi vs. DePaul), but what happened Sunday is pretty significant.
