It’s unfortunate the UConn game is over Christmas break, and that has nothing to do with home court advantage because I think we lose that game regardless of the date or attendance. It stinks for the students because basketball is the only sport the school has and this is one of, if not ‘the’, marquee games of the season. That GameDay experience would have been a lot of fun for the university community.

There aren’t a lot of school sponsored social events for students (not talking about petting zoos and pumpkin painting on the green), and these big time games are one of the few.
