Rutgers plays men's basketball in the Big Ten Conference, but when it comes to the size of its recruiting budget, the Scarlet Knights are in a different league.

As to Seton Hall , its annual report for the year ended June 30, 2014 filed with the Department of Education under the Equity in Athletics Act showed total recruiting expenses for all sports was $367,221 with 211,990 for the women's teams and $ 155, 231 for the men's teams. The report doesn't break it down by sport.
