Prof ed was telling me he watched the 89 Duke game the other day and told me how our interior passing last night is reminiscent of the 89 team. Angel in particular is becoming a very good passer, and Desi is too. Between the passing and the defense, I am beyond happy. Then add in the rebounding...wow. On a nice roll that can last a while.
Somewhere in January, the passing began to improve and it has been dramatic - bounce passes and the extra pass to the baseline lurker - wow - the passing has been so cool. I actually don't mind the dreaded weave anymore because they frequently create points off of it due to good passing. Well heck, it's gotten to be so much fun to watch.
