A movie and also documentary recently released. This one hits close to home as he worked in nine hospitals in NJ/PA over 14 years and is known to have killed dozens of patients. Made me think back to if any family members were in those hospitals in his chronology. They estimate he may have killed around 400 patients and they probably have a statistical basis to support that, which is mind-numbing and would make him by far the worst serial killer in U.S. history. The documentary is well done with the central characters all interviewed.

I watch them both. I recommend watching them in the order you have the links posted.

Our family was scary close to that also. I met with Rick Anderson, CEO of St Luke's, a couple of times.

Yes, the documentary does not reflect Anderson in a good light.

It is such a disturbing story on so many levels. Hospitals managing risk management/public relations; the downside of not being able to provide negative job references, etc. There needed to be more accountability and penalties for several of those hospitals. Talk to any ICU/CCU nurse about this and you get a very visceral reaction.

Since you brought up series, we watch "Maid" and "The Swimmers".

Swimmers depicts the plight of refugees. Very inspirational.

Maid deals with domestic abuse, poverty, mental illness, government programs and their bureaucracy.

Both are quite good.
