This years team appears different due to both talent level and chemistry. For once, Willard has a team with a semblance of chemistry during the stretch run. Players seem to know their roles now. The rotation of players is more predictable. My impression is that early on Desi had some adjusting to sharing time with Veer, and those issue are now resolved. I have been very critical of Willard in the past, but think he has done a great job with player rotations this year, both as to time played and the roles of players. I think the team chemistry this year is best we have seen under Willard.
