The University of Cincinnati is conducting an investigation into an alleged rift between Head Coach John Brannon and his players which allegedly led to six players entering the transfer portal including 4 freshman in its 2020 class. Brannon is in his second year as head coach . The transfer epidemic strikes again.

Likely but that’s a two - edged sword and while the coach is vulnerable to any inappropriate behavior , language or insensitive remarks he’s made the University is also vulnerable if it engaged in any improper activities regarding the basketball or football program . If there are any skeletons in the closet the coach could use them as an element in his defense .
