New York, N.Y. — Seton Hall men's basketball sophomore guard Isaiah Coleman has been named All-Met First Team by the Met Basketball Writers Association, the organization announced Wednesday.

Coleman finished 10th in the BIG EAST in scoring with 15.6 points per game. He also finished ninth in both free throw percentage (76.1 percent) and steals (1.5 per game). Coleman, Creighton's Ryan Kalkbrenner, Georgetown's Micah Peavy, Xavier's Zach Freemantle and St. John's RJ Luis were the only BIG EAST players to average at least 17 points and six rebounds per game in conference play.

This past season, Coleman was tabbed to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll three times and was also named to the Charleston Classic All-Tournament Team. His 468 points were the seventh most scored by a Seton Hall sophomore in the last 25 years.
