So many memories of games at the RAC. Nothing better than seeing the red shirts streaming out with three and a half left on the clock. An RU pal used to give me his tickets for the SH game, and as the guy who sat in front of us left, he always muttered "at least we have our own gym" lofl. Lotta fun those games, and there were quite a few.

I also remember one dreadful night, I think when Sha was a frosh.. We got killed. It was teeming rain when it ended and the traffic pushed me to Rt 18 for a real bad drive home. I think it was the next year when Sha won it with a three pointer from the top of the key. The games had more twists and turns and crazy incidents than most rival series. If we both we good, the series would have been seen as a classic.

I remember it well; it was 81-49, I think. I was there with my brother just a couple row behind the Seton Hall bench from two tickets I bought a week before on eBay for, I think, $50 each. Score! But it was the only good thing about that night. The rain was torrential as I drove about 50 miles up 287 to go home to Wayne.

One funny memory of the night, though: Right by us, some little kid, about 9, yelled at Sha, "You stink, Holloway!" And his did very calmly corrected his son, telling him, "No, he doesn't stink. He's the best player on the court."
