Corralary to Dan's Do you believe thread

Obviously, we cant put this team in all time context till they play the post season. But, based on how we look when playing well, where do you rank this team?

I go back to PJ. The 200 Sweet 16 run was awesome, but I just love the way we are defending. To me, best since 93.

The '04 team was pretty good. I think next year's team could be better but I would give the nod to the '04 team over this year's team.

I can see that, and I may be biased, but I love the 2000 team - might be my favorite one, with all due respect to those great P.J. teams. Still plenty of time for this year's unit to move up the list, but that'll be a tough one to pass for me. The 2004 edition was a scrappy bunch and won an NCAA game, but they weren't that good (that is, they overachieved a bit, I think - they were obviously a pretty good team). This team obviously has a higher ceiling than them. That's the next one this year's bunch can and should pass.
