I work in the computer services industry. I am working from home. My co-workers too. No layoffs so far.

Was wondering what others are experiencing.

Be safe. Please be careful.

Healthcare services. Fully operational and only back office WFH. Priority is ensuring we keep line staff healthy and safe. If we have a mass infection and employee quarantine, it will directly effect hospitals and critical care.

Wife and kids all WFH between last week and this. No layoffs yet.

Be careful and be safe.

Im an auditor for an accounting firm. We are not allowed in the office or at client sites for now, but luckily we can all work from home without it being a major problem. I have some 3/31 deadlines which should be ok since our on site work is done, but trying to get creative for our 4/30 clients where they don’t have everything we need available digitally.

I am semi retired but had knee surgery in late February so I was out temporarily anyway. With the courts closed I'm staying out and maybe this is a good enough excuse to fully retire. Only thing I have to go out for is physical therapy on the knee and I'm not so sure how wise that is in the current environment.

Check with your GP. Non-Acute settings are being evaluated for overflow.

What type of procedure was done and what kind of pt exercises are you doing?

I run a training firm and am working from home. We are all working and will make sure our employees are paid no matter what. Lost quite a bit of business in the face to face learning side of things but we also license online courses and develop training courses for our clients. Doing a lot of marketing to clients to encourage them to convert live training to virtual right now. Some bumps in the road but working hard during the week to keep things going and attempt to ride out the year. I was a former auditor and accountant (CPA) so Merge I can see how audits can be done remotely as long as the clients can respond remotely too. If you work for one of the Big 4 you may use some of the industry training courses we license to them. Hope you are feeling better each day Tom! Good luck everyone!

Next tier. I'm at RSM.
A few hurdles to work through but overall I feel pretty lucky to have access to almost everything we need.

RSM is a good firm and we do a little bit of work with their TMT industry and have proposals in front of them to do more hopefully. Glad to hear you have what you need to continue to work! We are the lucky ones compared to many hourly workers, waiters, bartenders etc who have no options.
