You have to love Angel...he just makes you smile. So glad he is back and enjoying the game of basketball and his team mates.

He's been much better of late and starting to look like the Angel Delgado that won Big East Rookie of the Year last season.

Seemingly finding his rhythm again. That's now 3 consecutive double-doubles against Rutgers, Troy, and St. Peter's today.

I have to say this was the best the team looked the entire year. Yes, I know St Peter's isn't good. But it was the way they played that makes me more happy than the RU game. Harrington and Delgado had terrific games. But, this was the first game I have seen from Whitehead that he became more of a facilitator on offense.

He played within himself and did not take too many ill advised shots. # assists and only one turnover. Perhaps, Whitehead is starting to trust his teammates and he is beginning to realize he doesn't have to do it all himself. Let's hope this is the start of him playing better and more consistent.

I agree cern. No, it was not BE comp, but we have not looked good in many of our wins. I thought the offense and defense were much better. Encouraged.

Agreed - No question about it - Our defense in particular was outstanding, especially in the first half. GO PIRATES!
