Loses at home to IPFW, 82-74.

Vandy goes down at home to Presbyterian as well.

I saw a tweet that DePaul didn’t draw 1k?
Is our fan base following the Depaul crowds now, lol? Worrying about UCONN's road attendance, how Rutgers and St. John's are drawing, and how much coverage Pitino is getting in the Post isn't enough?

Honestly I have no clue but would that attendance number shock you for Depaul and that opponent.

Mathematically speaking , having 1 really bad team that loses all their BE games helps the BE get more teams in as we would have more over .500 teams in the conference. But obviously it would help if they won their OOC games

This would make sense if being over .500 in the conference was a requirement to qualifying for the NCAA tournament, but is NOT.

We have recently seen teams make the tournament without this criteria.

West Virginia 2022-23 (7-11)
Indiana 2021-22 (9-11)

The fact that DePaul drives down your overall NET with their quad 3/4 games, does no favors for any Big East team that beats them. They are only territory for a resume crippling loss.

I watched Baylor last night - yikes! They have a tremendous freshman guard Ja'Kobe Walter, had 28 points and 6 rebounds in his first game vs. Auburn.

Administration decisions over 30 years. Got getting to any ncaa tournament since 2004
The conference should step in. A failed program is a failure for the conference. My goodness. Just look at the crowd. That is not a P6 program. Either invest in your future or get out. Sad state of affairs.

They have a new arena and a new practice facility soon. Women are quite competitive.

That was us once. And in some ways we're still not that far ahead.

Remember, no Seton Hall Men's Basketball coach has a winning Big East record.

It does seem as if DePaul can't get out of its own way, but it is playing better competition than FDU and Wagner.
