The timing of the judgment couldn't have been better for Trump...... but apparently garland didn't have authority to appoint Smith and it was judged to be unconstitutional.
And it just adds to his “witch hunt” narrative.
- Russian collusion
- The Ukrainian call
- The Dossier
- Documents case
- Hush money case was overplayed
Tough call on the remaining cases as none will be heard before the election and if he wins, he will play the immunity card.
you have money, you have power, you get off in court. thats been the long-standing narrative for people and this doesn't change it.

It’s all a big game to occupy time on the news cycle and entertain the masses. All the people who compared him to Hitler are now wishing him a speedy recovery. Hitler should have been so lucky. Thinking Joe and Donald cut a deal the other night when they talked privately. When Trump is re-elected he’s going to pardon Hunter as part of the new unity deal. LOL
Every one of these cases will disappear all a bunch of BS. Every one knew it but needed to entertain people watching the Main Street media. The 34 felony counts will also be overturned.
