Kind of odd you would make a guy recovering from a concussion, travel coast-to-coast with no plans to play. Same with Tubek...traveling on a jet for 5-6 hours (twice), the worst thing you can do with a back issue.
I'm sure Sha wants them to enjoy the experience and they probably want to go to SoCal with the team, but.....

Based on the Jerry Carino tweet it sounds like EHE travelled because they had expected he would play but he might have been adversely affected by the trip.

USC turned it over something like 18 times against lowly Brown. They are ripe for the picking.
Most probably EHE was recovering and expected to play. The flight might have caused issues so he's day to day for the next two games.
Remember, playing back to back games means you need to play multiple players.
As for Tubek. No way he would be on the flight without doctor's approval. That a good sign he's almost ready to play.
That’s the way I took it reading between the lines:
- EHE is going to play especially if Nganga struggles or picks up quick fouls. And Jaden has stayed out of foul trouble since NJIT. What happens if he picks up two quick ones?
- Tubek is ready physically but has not practiced so unless it’s an emergency we won’t see him.
I didn’t read the article, but who exactly has “disrespected” our backcourt?? Every single person on TV and in the media has said how great Kadary is and can be and how he is one of the best in the league and country…. Dawes is a very good standstill shooter, has flaws, but not a stiff

Nor should they have been. Look at the talent in the league. The only *possible* thing would have been naming Richmond as honorable mention, but that's a stretch considering he didn't play the last month of last season.
Agreed. Didn't say they deserved the pre-season recognition. But that's the narrative that the writers and team are going with.
At least Kadary showed up in the 2nd half, shot 5-8. The other guy never showed up and why anyone thought he should even sniff anything All Big East doesn’t watch much basketball. More concerned about Kadary’s turnovers, several unforced.

Whatever Sha and the kids need to motivate themselves - I get it. But I find the narrative silly. Plus everyone knows KR is good. Some are just a bit hesitant to say he’s Magic Johnson 2.0.
