Loefller could not admit that Joe Biden will become the next President of the US. She refused to answer this obvious and simple question 9 times. She is worth around $800 million and she can't bring herself to say the obvious. IF you cannot amswewr this simple and obvious question, you should not be a US Senator.

She is afraid of the cult... but I started following the race a little. She is a particularly bad candidate.
It’s not about deciding who is the next President. The people have already spoke. Yeah it’s called an election and it’s over. Please enlighten me about the Constitutional process that has not happened that will or can change the fact that Biden will be the next President? Are you really waiting for the electoral votes to be counted by congress? If so, in what other Presidential election did you wait for this time?
If answering simple questions is a prerequisite to being a US senator, we probably need roughly 100 new senators. Just about every senator has walked away with security when a media member asks a simple question they don’t want to answer. Maybe we should hold all of them accountable not just pick and choose.
Contingent elections as spelled out in Article 2 and revised in 12th Amendment. With en bloc voting that could change things. The House has Republican majority. Not likely, but it could.

This is probably good advice in the right situation. This is not one of those situations. A US Senator has the obligation to respect the outcome of the presidential election. To not honor that is to undermine our entire system of government and the US Constitution.

There is nothing in the Constitution that sets the number of Supreme Court Justices. As a matter of fact, the number of SC justices fluctuated until the mid 1800s. If Congress wants to change the number to increase it, it may.

They definitely can change the number if they want to, but none of the questions Kamala or Joe were asked was opinion based. The question was were they going to do it or were they considering it.

Ok this is getting out of hand now. Yes of course there's a constitutional process; but that doesn't mean she can't have a black and white answer to it. On December 18th, 2015, no one (read: elected officials) questioned that Donald Trump was the president elect after the electors voted for him, despite Hillary capturing the majority vote. Did they question the electoral process? Yes, of course (equally ridiculous). It's past time to admit that Donald Trump will no longer be our president.

While the Constitution gives Congress the final say in the election, there is no chance that it will agree to overturn the results.
