that is based on current results
Hard to envision both UConn and Indiana being among the last four teams out while SH is among last 4 teams in. It's too early to even think about the last 4 teams in or out but if Indiana doesn't get in Crean will be on an even hotter hot seat. Indiana is 8-3 with a 20 point lost to Duke , a 4 point lost to Wake and a 3 point lost to UNLV and a group of Indiana fans are asking Mark Cuban to put up the money to buy out Crean.Shu last team in. Uconn last team out. Wouldn't that be something.
Ding, ding, ding. It always amazes me how often we overestimate the quality of the other mediocre teams fighting for bubble spots. For a Big East school, qualification is almost as simple as avoiding more than 1 terrible loss, beating a top 100 team or 2 OOC, and finishing .500 or better in the league. Pretty sad we haven't been able to accomplish that even once in the past decade.Who do you think the other teams in the country are? Because you follow SHU, you think the worst. But out of 351 teams, there are 250 to 300 who are worse... At least 200 at any given time who are no match for SHU.
How ironic would be if we made it & uconn didn't? I hope his is projected because no way we make it if season ended today
