He says strange things. Not Gonzo strange, just odd things that give people the impression that he is not a good coach. Nothing that I have seen on the court or off suggests to me that he is HC material.

Some of Jordan's comments suggests that he forgets that he's coaching a college team not an NBA one. His comment about rebounding is so off the mark . Rebounding is also about positioning and boxing out and that's skills coaches should work on every practice. Since when does a college coach ever stop teaching.?

It's about a lot more than that. It's about being able to read how the ball is going to come off the rim. It's about identifying your man to box out when playing zone. It's about boxing out technique.

Thank god they didn't go hard after Hurley. I was just watching the prov/URI game and even with an injured star player and inferior players, Hurley knows how to coach.

We have an unprepared coach, probably lazy, and our players reflect that. And it won't improve until EJ is gone.
