End Moratorium on Evictions

In one of the worst things about this pandemic is the huge hit landlords have taken With renters not paying rent. Some landlords rely on that income to pay their own mortgage. The moratorium has been instituted until August. It’s way overdue to cut that short. Far too many people have been taking advantage of this for far too long. Meanwhile, people who worked and saved their lives to own a rental property are being hurt by this.

I Understood the need for it for a certain period of time, perhaps 6-8 months. However,16 months is ridiculous.

I am fine, i am 55 days post op, no one here can rain or piss on my parade...i am going to the shore this afternoon to breathe in the scent of salt along the shore line. I plan on having a fried fish combo meal.

Lame...i had 4 raw oysters...then went to reds lobster pot for fried calamari, and the 3 fish combo shrimp scallops and filet...i have fried food like twice a month and btw, well done fried food is not as unhealthy as you may imagine

Deep-fried food doesn’t have a reputation for being healthy. Eating too much of it cooked in the wrong oils can lead to health problems.

However, in moderation, deep frying with the right oils can make a tasty treat.

So is drinking 5 shots of tequila and 3 beers in 90 mins but I did not do that however a 24 year old blonde did and then her mother came by and brought her pizza....look march 17 or 18 I was 168 lbs, I am down to 157 lbs now...having a large serving of well deep fried food is not as bad as you want to make it seem. I am not a fast food junkie and i do not consume deep fried items on the reg...i appreciate your concern and observation but go find Rachel and let her know she should not be consuming that much booze and chasing it with pizza.

My liberal brother in law can't get folks to work in his 3 health food stores. My sister who runs a home health care agency has multiple workers that have worked for her for years telling her they are staying home until unemployment runs out. My daughters friend who owns a restaurant cannot get enough workers to run his restaurant. The first two examples that I cite pay much more than minimum wage (not sure about the third). The moratorium on paying rent has to end possibly with a few exceptions and the never ending tax free unemployment has to end right now.
