Finally A Good Day in College Hoops!

Been a tough year so far but some very good things today from this Pirate Fan's perspective.

1- And Most important, we win!!! ... we played well and have a very favorable matchup tomorrow and a bid reasonably within our grasp if we TCB! Please TCB!!!

2- Dook looks like they're done and likely won't be in the tourney. Will be so nice to go through March Madness without seeing the rat's face🐀

3- Cuse and Boeheim lose in a most painful fashion seriously damaging their tourney hopes

...can be hopeful for a #4 of good news to add to this today if RU loses as they trail Indiana early. They actually may not have made the dance if Minnesota didn't choke like dogs last week.😠

Oh well, 3 outta 4 ain't bad. RU beats a bad Hoosiers team...

One more positive note today. St Peters beats Rider! Go Sha! Beat Fairfield and could be a very interesting matchup with Pitino and Iona down the road.

Indiana looked miserable. Over the last roughly 10 minutes, they scored 2 points on 0 field goals and 2-8 from the free throw line, with a couple of the misses being front ends. Just a brutally low level basketball game.

2 cupcakes finally helps RU break the schneid and get in the tourney for the first time in 3 decades. Too bad they didn't really have to earn their way in against tougher competition in those games.
