For the get the fluoride out of my water crowd

The Trump administration is doing so many things at once, stupid things like this will get lost in the sauce in the public’s eyes. I have no idea what justification this could be. Dems need to stop concentrating on immigration and start to pick and choose issues that are truly harmful to the public like this one. As far deportation goes, when businesses can’t staff their restaurants and plants, and farms, there will be a backlash. But I say let that happen.

So if I understand this correctly, the proposed legislation was initiated only last year by the Biden administration and Trump at this point has pulled it from review (as he has also frozen a number of Biden proposals.

I would agree with you on that the Trump administration is moving at breakneck speed and Democrats will have to keep up and decide where to pick their fights. It will be exhausting especially over the next 24 months and I’m curious to see how Dem leadership coalesces.

This is the first I read about the proposed legislation and we’ll see how it plays out once RFK and Zelden gets approved and review what’s in process and sets the agenda. But at this point, we are operating on the same regulations that have always been in place from what it appears.
