Then why wasn’t the staff bring proactive even before the season ended about the plan for the offseason. UCONN had one assistsnt in charge of the portal. They didn’t wait until they won to then start recruiting. Towards the end of the season should have had an idea about who was coming back and have a list ready to go of potential athletes that were planning to enter the portal with back up plans. We only played 1 game a week in the Nit.
