Fubo vs Venu

What it boils down to is, a) it will cost more to see your favorite sports teams, b) you will forever be chasing the rabbit around the dog track trying to figure out where said "favorite sports team" is actually appearing from day to day, and certainly from year to year, and c) it will become infinitely more painful and difficult to find and watch said favorite sports team.

But then again, this lawsuit isnt about us, the fans, is it?

no...its just about who gets to make more money...and can they all "wet their beak"...

Fubo claims to want to launch a skinny bundle of sports channels similar to Venu. So they are going to court to try and stop Venu from launching.

I'm sure that Fubo is acting in good faith and fully intends to renegotiate its contracts with content providers should they get an injunction, so that they can launch their own Venu-style package of sports channels.
