Another thing - I'm watching at work right now, but for all the hoopla about the crowd, it seems pretty dead. No reason MSG should be more alive for our game against a bottom-feeding SJU than playing one of the best teams in the BE with a bid on the line.

I will say Macura is doing some serious bumping on D, but no calls.

We could have had that call on Sumner about 15 times so far. Even if we got half of them this game would be a blow out right now.

Also, everyone talks about this 1-3-1, but Xavier is elite because they can flat our score. Very impressive offensive team.

True for both him and Macura, but we are still flummoxed a bit by the zone. Can't keep turning the ball over if we want to win. Fouls also racking up on our big men. Hope we can keep the energy up without fouling.

Not negative. This team looks good and feels good. Amazing. Teamwork. That's what happens when you use your teammates. Just some small things to tighten up. Help defense down low and limiting turnovers. Xavier looking rattled by us, and that's good.

I would keep Desi right around Macura all game. Very similar player except Macura has about 1/100 of the athleticism

Desi on the baseline is a perfect anecdote to the zone.

Also Ish and Gordon doing the dirty work and hustle plays as usual.
