After reading multiple threads on coaching speculation if there is a change, I posted the below. Throw this out for comment. Staying Inhouse sends a better message than a rebuild. Have followed SHU ball since early PJ years. History continues to repeat itself with our coaching searches and fan comments. Maybe it's time to think outside the box.
Give Sha the job and take chance before bringing up all these retreads. The players. Recruits, and families see through all this shit. It's about a stable family environment where they get groomed to maybe making money playing in the us or abroad and a quality education.
