After reading multiple threads on coaching speculation if there is a change, I posted the below. Throw this out for comment. Staying Inhouse sends a better message than a rebuild. Have followed SHU ball since early PJ years. History continues to repeat itself with our coaching searches and fan comments. Maybe it's time to think outside the box.
