This not right. The governor is just trying to have dinner with family. Thoughts?
Maybe the person who was cursing at him was getting too close for comfort so he put his mask on.Sad and wrong, just as wrong when Maxine and chuck were calling for this kind of garbage. Why did he put his mask on towards the end of the video? I think Murphy like others are trying their best but we are all human. We consume food and you cannot do that with a mask on.
His 14-day quarantine request if you come from one of the almost all states now on his list does not apply if you were away on business. How does that make any sense? How does COVID know you were on business and therefore should pass you by?
People have a choice in where they travel, so the advisement (not rule or law) is that if you do travel outside the state for leisure, that you consider the risk associated with the potential to spread the virus. People traveling for work don't really have the same type of flexibility.
It's the difference between risk elimination vs risk mitigation. We aren't trying to eliminate the spread of Covid. We are trying to keep the spread low.
The problem is everyone thinks they are most important and their reason for travel is a necessity. I was watching local news the other day and they were in an airport. They interviewed a college student, she said she hopes people who don't have to travel avoid traveling. She then noted she's a college student, so she doesn't have a choice. As if she'd be the 1st college student in history to spend Thanksgiving at school.
Not sure of her particular circumstances but a lot of schools are telling kids they need to leave during break so she may not have a choice.
But your point is valid for many people who believe others should stay home but justify why their circumstances are different. It's frustrating, but I'm not going to judge anyone traveling right now. We have had a difficult ask over the last 9 months and maybe some of these people have been doing the best they can. If people are walking around pretending the virus is fake, not wearing a mask (or not covering their nose) that's one thing.. but all we can really ask is that people be careful. This will be over soon.
I think it was Maxine who inspired people to get in peoples faces and push back on politicians when you see them in public. It was wrong to attack him. He had every right to go there and eat.
But after being at his fave restaurant a few weeks ago when it was raided, imo he should eat at home and realize the crazies, inspired by our disgrace of a pres. Will give him a hard time no matter what he does.

Seton75 won't admit to that. Hes the classic everything was trumps fault guy.

Stop being old fashioned and get with the times. You are not responsible for your own actions. Someone or something in the system is to blame for all of your actions. Looters should be set free. Those people verbally attacking Murphy did nothing wrong. The question is who do we blame for their actions, Trump, McConnell, Pelosi, Hannity, Disney World, America, Andrew Jackson, the cops, the possibilities are endless.Amazing how you bring your hatred of Trump into every post. He has nothing to do with what happened to Murphy at the restaurant. #TDS
I dont say everything was his fault, just that he is a bad human, a total asshole.Seton75 won't admit to that. Hes the classic everything was trumps fault guy.
IMO, he has EVERYTHING to do with it. He did his bestg to split the country on their reaction to the pandemic, and at the protests at the govs home, they ranted about the covid restrictions and the election too.Amazing how you bring your hatred of Trump into every post. He did his best? He was the only one doing his best? Does the country care about the 7 people killed, 20 injured in Chicago this weekend? Does the country care about the 4 shot in Brooklyn on Friday? Does the country care about the shootings in Newark this past weekend? They don't, because the MSM would only be all over it if a cop was the shooter. If it doesn't fit the narrative, it doesn't ger reported. Then a cop shoots a black man 3 months down the road, and the narrative is black people would be safer without cops. Cops are the problem.IMO, he has EVERYTHING to do with it. If I ever support a guy like that, shoot me.
And know, I never voted for Bill Clinton, though he wassnt close to the scoundrel don is.
And nothing makes my case stronger than his actions since the election.
Or do you think the election was rigged.
Knies, I think he has a good deal for you on the Brooklyn Bridge...never gve a sucker an even break.

But in your world that has nothing to do with splitting the country.
People like Seton75 are like the central park birdwatcher. A huge liberal that quickly calls the police when a black man is in their neighborhood. The classic case of the limousine liberal.
Funny you said that. Back when I was coaching baseball in Newark, on the hot days I would go back home and there would always be a pool available to go in. The kids I coached, didn't have that. I actually considered a creating a non profit, where twice a month people with pools could bring kids these kids to their house to go swimming. When I see the equality signs on people's lawns today, especially in wealthy areas, I wonder if they would be open to letting kids in the inner city use their pool. Kind of like a big brother program, but for swimming. Something tells me if when they bought their pool, if this program was offered, many would have an excuse. We live in a world where nobody wants to put in the grunt work to make a difference they'd rather feel good because they sent a check.People like Seton75 are like the central park birdwatcher. Agree, but would change nobody doing grunt work to not enough people. Similar to our tax base.Funny you said that. Yep. Thanks to the plaintiffs’ bar (which defense lawyers don’t exactly hate btw for obvious reasons). But plaintiffs’ bar unequivocally liberal. Yet another example of hypocrisy.Liability issues.
There are lots of people like that. Seton75 may be a liberal but he is not one of them.
