Great Pirate Turnout at the game!

I've been to a ton of away games and this was by far the most vocal SHU crowd. There were numerous times where I couldn't see a SHU play because of my seats, and the cheers were so loud I assumed we had a turnover as the level of noise coming from Pirate fans was mistaken for Providence fans! That being said the Dunkin Center gets REALLY loud! Great place to see a game. I've been to every Big East arena and in my opinion, the Dunkin Center fans this year (when the team hit their shots) was as loud as I have witnessed. Great job by the Bioster Club and anyone else that made the trip.

I agree...I was sitting behind the bench and the people in my area were really into the game......the team responded to the cheers when they were going into the tunnel after the game too!

It was a great trip! Booster Club had a full bus + fans from the area. The Dunkin Donuts is a really nice area and Providence fans on the way actually congratulated us for a really tough game. The arena was packed but there were many SHU fans throughout the arena.

I just went to StatReference and counted 1-28 from 2007-2008 until this season before the Prov game... I did not count any games in the BET or Early Season OOC tournaments as both are considered Neutral court.
