Heading down to DC with the guys this weekend going to catch the Nationals tomorrow night. May hit DC Smokehouse for lunch, any other ideas on restaurants/bars to go to?

I've never been there before a game, but Bluejacket Brewery would be a good pre-game spot.

U Street is my favorite nightlife and restaurant area.

A very cool bar that specializes in mussels and a great selection of beer...called Granville Moore's on H Street. Best mussels I've ever had. Not fancy, but a two story bar/restaurant...you won't be disappointed.

If I recall you are still a young guy. Hit The Bullpen before the game that is where the single people in their 20's and early 30's will be. Right across from the stadium. It is a big tent and outdoor area. It is a big party with live bands. And this is the last year it will exist as they are constructing a building on that site after the season.
