Not getting much attention, but this piece of legislation will have more of an impact in lowering healthcare costs (and empowering the consumer) than any discussion on healthcare insurance reform, MFA, etc. This is just the start, but hopefully the BIden Administration keeps pushing on price transparency for hospitals, insurers and drug/device companies.
