We're all disappointed, but, there are some positives that can be taken from the game. Samuel can play and with the abysmal game that we saw from Ike and Ro, he will most likely get more playing time. Mamu played better at the 5 last year, Willard should consider going small at times combining Mamu at center and Samuel at the 4. Foul shooting seems to have improved which will pay dividends as the season goes on. We had tremendous opportunities against MSU and Oregon, but, seemed to disappear in the final minutes. Both losses are on the coach and hopefully Willard will learn quickly and make the necessary adjustments to finish strong. GO PIRATES!!!
