Spoke to a very good source yesterday who told me it looks like Davis is going to get one of the assistant jobs at SHU. Hours later I get a call from Silk who tells me the exact same thing.
Two independent source saying the same thing usually means it's going to happen.
Re St Peter's...
Similar...... my source and then Silk noted that St Peter's is looking for a minority candidate for the head coaching position. It was because of that as to why Billmeier went to Maryland. He could not wait for minority candidates to be interviewed and then if not hired have his own interview.
Whalen is in play as well. And maybe he's not the reason this hiring is talking so long as some believed.
In short opinions are that the AD is butchering this process.
